Minimum wage in Serbia
Serbia has a national minimum wage, set per hour by the Socio-Economic Council or, if it cannot agree, by the Government. It is reviewed each year.

The law itself states the minimum as an hourly rate.

Who sets it
The Socio-Economic Council, with representatives of the Government, unions and employers, decides the minimum hourly wage. If it does not agree, the Government decides.
How it changes
It is set each year and usually takes effect on 1 January.
