Estonia has a national minimum wage set by Government regulation after agreement between employers' organisations and the trade unions.

The employers' confederation and the trade union confederation negotiate a minimum wage, and the Government confirms it by regulation.
How it changes
The social partners negotiate it, usually each year, and the Government sets it by regulation.
