Process Mapping and Decision Design: A Living Map

A legal process is a set of steps, people, decisions, handoffs and waiting. Mapping it shows where time and quality are lost: bottlenecks, rework and waiting. Rules that govern decisions can be read as logic and written as decision trees or tables, then tested with cases for completeness and conflicts. The result is a redesigned process with intake, triage, routing and visibility. Press Play, click an idea or trace a case. A simplified teaching map.

Hover over an idea to light up what it connects to, click it for its definition, minimum requirements, an example and the usual trap, press Play to watch the map build step by step, or trace a short case through it.

Simplified teaching map, in general terms. Check the law where you work. On a small screen, scroll the map sideways.
