Litigation Analytics: A Living Map
Clients ask four questions: will we win, how long will it take, what is it worth and what will it cost. Litigation analytics answers them from past cases. It starts with a clean case table, then win rates and base rates, durations (with open cases handled honestly), award ranges, and forecasts that start from the base rate and are scored afterwards. It must be honest about small samples and settlement selection, and fair in how it treats courts and judges. Press Play, click an idea or trace a case. A simplified teaching map.
Hover over an idea to light up what it connects to, click it for its definition, minimum requirements, an example and the usual trap, press Play to watch the map build step by step, or trace a short case through it.
Simplified teaching map, in general terms. Check the law where you work. On a small screen, scroll the map sideways.
