Document Automation: A Living Map
Document automation assembles documents from templates and data. A template has fixed text and variables defined in a data dictionary; conditions make text appear only when it should. Clause libraries and playbooks hold standard text, fallbacks and the rules for who decides. A good questionnaire asks for the facts once, in plain words. Every document must be tested, and the system needs an owner, access control and security. Press Play, click an idea or trace a case. A simplified teaching map.
Hover over an idea to light up what it connects to, click it for its definition, minimum requirements, an example and the usual trap, press Play to watch the map build step by step, or trace a short case through it.
Simplified teaching map, in general terms. Check the law where you work. On a small screen, scroll the map sideways.
Learn it properly
The full lecture, exercises and quiz behind this map are in Document Automation: Module 1, and that module is free to read.
