Module 7
Deploying and governing: rollout, change, monitoring and accountability
A workflow that passes its tests has earned a pilot, not a launch. Real use brings new documents, new users, new models and new rules, and the gap between a tested workflow and a trusted one is closed by the work of deployment and governance: introducing it in stages, controlling change, watching the results, handling incidents, training the people who use it and being clear who is accountable. This module treats that work as part of the design. It also returns to the question that began the course: which work should be automated at all, and how a legal engineer can show that the answer was worth giving.
Module 1 of this course is free, and this is not it. Unlock the whole course below, or go back to the course page.
