The Law To Know

MPRE Prep

Sold Separately

Practice material for the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam — the standalone, mandatory ethics exam most US jurisdictions require before licensure, separate from the general bar exam. Every question here is original and hand-written, grounded in the same two source documents the real exam draws from: the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the ABA Model Code of Judicial Conduct. Nothing is AI-generated or drawn from any released MPRE question. MPRE Prep is a standalone $59 purchase, sold separately and not included in an All-Access Membership.

The Real MPRE Format

  • 60 multiple-choice questions — 50 scored, 10 unscored pretest questions, indistinguishable while taking the exam
  • 2 hours, one continuous section — no breaks, unlike the bar exam
  • Four answer choices per question, no penalty for a wrong answer
  • 12 tested subject areas, each with its own official weighting range

Scores are converted to a scaled score from 50 to 150; each jurisdiction sets its own passing score.

Practice by Subject Area

Drill each of the 12 official categories on its own — the same way real MPRE prep breaks it down — with a full explanation citing the relevant Model Rule after every question, at a relaxed, self-paced clock.
