The Law To Know

Capstone

Capstone: build and test an automated employment offer letter

The capstone asks you to do the whole job of a document-automation builder on one realistic document: an employment offer letter for an invented company. You will decide the variables and the questions, write the template with its conditions, find the combinations that matter, test them and write the release note that a reviewer would need. The wording is an exercise in structure and logic, and it is deliberately generic: real offer letters must follow the employment law of the country concerned and be checked by a lawyer who knows it.

General education on legal document automation, using invented organisations, documents and figures. It is not legal advice. Clauses and letters are illustrations of structure, not recommended wording: real documents must follow the law that applies and be checked by a lawyer.
