How to use it
- When: you rent out (or rent) a home, an apartment or a room for a fixed period, between private persons or a person and a small company.
- Fill in everything in [square brackets]. Delete options you do not use. Add an inventory of the furniture and the state of the home as an annex.
- Form: write it down, sign two originals, and keep a signed copy each. In some countries a lease must be registered or notarised, or has a longer-term formality. See "Check in your country" below.
- Not for: commercial premises, holiday lets, or a home rented together with a job.
