Capstone
Capstone: a prompt pack for a supplier dispute
Ashgrove & Pike LLP is an invented firm of eleven lawyers in England and Wales. Its client, Brightwater Cycles Ltd, assembles bicycles and buys frames from Norvik Components Ltd. Norvik delivered a batch of frames three weeks late, and the client says some of them are defective. The supervising partner, Mr Henry Vale, has asked an associate, Ms Dana Okafor, to propose how an AI writing tool may be used safely in the first week of the dispute. The firm has one tool approved for ordinary work, which is not approved for privileged material. Dana must choose the tasks, protect the client’s information, build a good prompt, check what comes back and explain what she did. You are Dana. Everything here is invented, including the case in the sample answer.
