Capstone
Capstone: a first six months at the Marlow District Prosecution Office
Tomasz Varga has just joined the Marlow District Prosecution Office, an invented office of fourteen prosecutors in an invented country with an adversarial system. His supervisor is Senior Prosecutor Adaeze Okoye. The office handles everything from shop thefts to serious violence. In his first six months he will meet six situations. At each step, decide what Tomasz should do and why, using what you have learnt in the seven modules, and then write a one-page plan for his next six months. The people and places are invented, and the procedures are a general picture, not those of any one country.
Module 1 of this course is free, and this is not it. Unlock the whole course below, or go back to the course page.
