Module 7
Running security in a practice and advising clients on cyber risk
The earlier modules covered the threats, the duties, the controls and the response. This module is about management and advice: how a practice keeps security alive from year to year, how cyber insurance fits, how cyber risk appears in transactions and contracts, and how to advise a client or a board in a way that leads to decisions. The thread running through it is the lawyer’s own strength: asking good questions, writing down reasons and making sure that someone owns each task.
Module 1 of this course is free, and this is not it. Unlock the whole course below, or go back to the course page.
