Capstone: The Full Case
Every prior module covered one era or legal system at a time. This capstone takes a single, recurring kind of dispute — a neighbor blocking access to a shared water source — and traces how it would have been handled across all five: ancient Mesopotamia, classical Rome, the modern civil law tradition, the common law and equity, and the Latin vocabulary still used to describe all of it today.
